Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap

Ingredients

1 green onion chopped
1/2 avocado sliced
1 flour tortilla (burrito sized)
2 slices Muenster cheese
3 ounces sliced chicken breasts
1 to 2 Romaine lettuce leaves (preferable from the heart)
1 tablespoon

Directions:

1. Chop the green onion.
2. Slice the avocado.
3. Place the cheese, chicken, lettuce, and avocado slices on the tortilla (don’t cover more than two-thirds of the surface area). Drizzle the salad dressing over the filling ingredients.
4. Tightly roll up the filling in the tortilla. When you’ve finished “wrapping,” secure the roll with toothpicks and cut in half.
