Greatest-Ever Yogurt Dressing

Serves: 12 (2-tablespoon servings) or 1-1/2 cups

1 cup plain yogurt
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon tarragon white wine vinegar
2 teaspoons chopped parsley
2 tablespoons grated onion
1/8 teaspoon ground oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
Place ingredients in a blender container. Cover and blend on high for 2 minutes or until smooth and creamy. Chill for about 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to mingle.
