1. Cover a cookie sheet with a piece of waxed paper.
2. Melt butterscotch chips in a double boiler or in a small saucepan over very low heat. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat.
3. Stir in nuts and noodles until coated.
4. Drop a spoonful of the mixture onto the waxed paper to make a tiny haystack. Do this until all the haystacks are made.
5. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
