In a medium covered saucepan over medium heat, cook apples, corn syrup, and sugar 30 minutes or until apples are almost tender. Add cranberries and lemon rind and cook, covered, 10 to 15 minutes longer. Cool. Place in a food processor bowl fitted with the metal blade and process until uniform. Cover and chill.
