Combine all ingredients except bacon and buns in a large bowl; mix well. Form into 6 patties about one-inch thick. Wrap a bacon slice around each patty; fasten with a toothpick. Grill burgers to desired doneness, about 5 minutes on each side. Remove toothpicks and serve on buns.
Tip: Uncertain whether to cover the grill or not? In general, cover large cuts of meat…keep the lid open for thin cuts or small pieces.
