1. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in large mixing bowl. Cut cheese into pieces and stir into flour mixture. Set aside.
2. Beat milk, MORNINGSTAR FARMS SCRAMBLERS, and oil in medium mixing bowl until well-combined.
3. Make a well in center of dry ingredients pour liquid into well. Stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon batter into 12 muffin pan cups coated with cooking spray.
4. Bake at 350°F about 25 to 28 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
