Baked Pork Chops


Serves: 6

Ingredients

6 pork chops
6 slices onions
Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup water
salt and pepper

Directions:

Place pork chops in shallow baking dish. Place a slice of onion on each chop. Sprinkle with Worcestershire Sauce. Mix together vinegar and water and pour around pork chops. Salt and pepper. Seal with foil and bake at 325°F for 40 minutes.
