Olympic Menus

Can't take your family to the Olympic Venues? Try Olympic Menus instead. Designate family members as an ambassador from their favorite countries. Pick a date when the ambassador will visit the dinner table. Ambassadors can hunt up creative recipes and those little known facts about their country from the library or Internet to share on their nights. Have them help prepare at least one recipe, decorate the table, and dress up in 'native' costumes, as desired.
