Dovetailing Tips: Cook your bacon for today plus an extra pound. Dice the extra and save it for Friday and you will be way ahead already!
Also, whenever we are cutting fresh berries and fruit I recommend slicing some extras. It is such a wonderful, simple, and healthy addition to snacks, cereal, and other meals all week that you might as well keep it ready in the fridge if you can.
Dovetailing Tips: As always, I recommend handling the onions only once for the week! You will be using a lot of onion today so cutting an extra 1/2 cup into wedges won't take much extra time. Then they will be ready for tomorrow.
Bonus Tips and Tricks: To cut back on all the tears your onions may cause you, chill them for about an hour before you sut in. An hour in the freezer will leave them unfrozen, but help those fumes stay under control!
