Monday

Grilled Steak and Potato Salad

Fresh Fruit Trifle

Dovetailing Tips: Today's only tip is to cut lots of fruit. The trifle tonight is fabulous, but even better when you cut extra fruit to use later in the week in Fresh Fruit Ambrosia. Fresh fruit is one of the best things about summer, so enjoy these dishes and save any extra to eat as snacks throughout the week!


Tuesday

Navajo Tacos
Peanut Caramel Apples

Dovetailing Tips: Today we are gonna work you a little harder, but don't worry, it will pay off in the end! Chop 7 green onions today and use the 4 this recipe calls for and save 3 for Thursday. Then rather than finely chopping just a medium onion go ahead and make it a large onion. This should give you what you need for today and the 2 tablespoons for tomorrow. Cheese is next! Shred 2 cups and you will have what you need today and have 1 cup left over for Friday. And last, while you are chopping peanuts add an additional cup and you will have plenty left for Thursday's recipes.


Wednesday

Shrimp Alfredo
Italian Spinach Salad
Fresh Fruit Ambrosia

Dovetailing Tips: The rest of the week you just get to use what you prepared yesterday and Monday. I told you you would be glad you did it! Today use the 2 tablespoons of chopped onion and the fruit you have ready.


Thursday

Thai Peanut Pizza
Thai Cucumber Salad
Florentine Sundae

Dovetailing Tips: Green onions and peanuts are up today! You already did the work so don't forget to use them.


Friday

Kalua Pork
Aloha Salad
Rice
No-Bake Fudge Oaties

Dovetailing Tips: Cheddar cheese, here we come! Use that shredded cheese and enjoy these recipes.
