Wisconsin Cauliflower Soup

Serves: 6

Zupas is a soup, salad, and sandwich restaurant, and one of my favorite places to eat The cauliflower soup is my favorite and I ordered it every time. But, since going gluten-free, it is not one of their GF options. I was so excited to find this recipe because it tastes exactly like Zupas soup. Substitute the flour for 2 Tablespoons of cornstartch to make it GF.
