Greek Pasta Salad

Ingredients

1 (8-ounce) package elbow macaroni, cooked
1/2 pound sliced mushrooms
15 cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup yellow or red pepper, sliced
1/2 cup green onion, chopped
3/4 cup sliced black olives, drained
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 Optional: 3/4 cup pepperoni, diced

1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil
1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
3/4 teaspoon pepper
3/4 teaspoon sugar

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour dressing over top; toss until evenly coated. Cover and chill 2 hours to overnight.

Dressing:
Whisk together ingredients in a small bowl.
