Pasta with the Works

Ingredients

4 cups cooked corkscrew mayonnaise (about 3 cups dry)
1/2 cup thinly sliced pepperoni (2 ounces)
1 medium green pepper, cut into strips
2 cups spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
1/3 cup pitted ripe olives, cut in half
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 ounces)
grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Boil macaroni and drain. In skillet over medium heat, cook pepperoni and pepper until pepper is tender-crisp, stirring often. Stir in spaghetti sauce and olives over medium to high heat; heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cover; cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Add macaroni and mozzarella cheese. Toss to coat. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
