Wild Rice Casserole

Ingredients

1 cup wild rice, uncooked
1 chopped onion
1 1/2 cups chopped celery
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
3/4 cup white wine
2 tablespoons butter
1 quart chicken broth
salt and pepper to taste
1 pound sliced fresh mushrooms

Directions:

Combine wild rice, onion, celery, seasoned salt, wine, butter, and broth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Gently mix in the sliced mushrooms. Place in a casserole and bake at 325° for 1 1/2–2 hours.
