Super Stuffed Pizza

Ingredients

1/2 pound Italian sausage, casing removed
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 small green bell pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
2 (17-ounce) frozen thin pizza crusts, thawed
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions:

In a skillet, brown and drain sausage. Sauté fresh vegetables in drippings. Place one pizza crust right-side-up in bottom of 14-inch Dutch oven. Spread vegetable/sausage mixture over pizza. Top with second pizza crust upside-down and bake 20 minutes (in 350° oven) till heated through. Brush top with olive oil, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake again till cheese is golden.

Note: Any meat, chicken, or vegetable can be used. Frozen pre-made pizza or plain fresh precooked pizza can be used with your own pizza sauce or spaghetti sauce.
