Speedy Overnight Casserole

Ingredients

3 cups chopped cooked chicken or turkey
2 cups large elbow macaroni, uncooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can milk
1 soup can chicken broth
1 small onion, chopped
1 small can water chestnut, sliced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 pound grated cheese (save some for topping)
1 cup crushed potato chips

Directions:

Mix all ingredients except chips. Put in 9x13-inch pan. Sprinkle reserved cheese and potato chips on top. Cover with foil. Refrigerate overnight. Bake, covered, for 1 1/2 hours at 350°. This freezes well.
