Heat a heavy pan and add the following in the order given: olive oil, onions, cilantro, green pepper, shrimp, a dash of hot sauce, bay leaves and tomatoes.
Let simmer until well done. Remove the fish from the oven and pour the shrimp sauce over the top. Also wonderful over fried fish fillets
