1. Heat oven to 425°. Spray jelly roll pan, 15 ½ x 10 ½ x 1 inch, with cooking spray. Place cereal in plastic bag or between sheets of waxed paper crush with rolling pin (or crush cereal in blender or food processor). Place cereal in bowl or plastic food-storage bag.
2. Dip chicken pieces into dressing, then roll in cereal. Place in pan.
3. Bake about 10 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
