1. Make Zesty Garlic Marinade.
2. Cut potatoes into fourths place on microwavable plate. Cover with plastic wrap, folding back one edge 1/4 inch to vent steam. Microwave on High 5 minutes. Place potatoes and remaining ingredients in bag with marinade. Seal bag and refrigerate 30 minutes.
3. Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat. Grill half of the vegetables at a time 6 to 8 minutes, turning once, until vegetables are desired doneness.
Zesty Garlic Marinade: Place all ingredients in 2-gallon resealable plastic food-storage bag. Seal bag and shake until ingredients are well mixed.
