In a large bowl, mix ground meats using an electric mixer. In a separate medium bowl, mix together eggs, milk, bread crumbs, onion, cheese, tomato paste, parsley, and all seasonings. Add egg mixture to meat mixture
and combine thoroughly. Spray two large baking sheets with cooking spray. Form meatballs either by hand or using a meatball scoop, and place balls a small distance apart on the pans. Cover with plastic wrap, and freeze (approximately 3 hours). When balls are frozen, remove from pans and place in labeled zippered plastic freezer bags or plastic freezer containers.
TO COOK MEATBALLS, thaw the amount needed in the refrigerator. When ready to cook, add the meatballs into your sauce (spaghetti, stroganoff, etc.) and simmer for about 30 minutes, bake on lightly oiled sheet at 350°F for 25 minutes, or fry them on medium-low heat until crispy and cooked through.
