Brown sausage, bacon, and onion in a 10” Dutch oven. Do not drain the grease from the meat, it seasons the gravy. Add flour to the meat mixture, stir well. Add remaining ingredients stir well and bring to a heavy simmer but, not boiling. Add a little more flour for a thicker gravy if desired. Serve over biscuits, potatoes, etc.
