My Christmas memories continue year after year. I am now 54 years old and have never missed a Christmas celebration with our large family. We meet at my mother’s home...cousins, children and grandchildren are always there. Our traditions include reading the Christmas story from the Bible, and then I’m always called upon to lead everyone in a hilarious round of singing “The Twelve Days of Christmas.” Imagine approximately forty to fifty people of all ages singing the many verses! It is always a wonderful time and a night filled with memories that we all keep with us throughout the year. I hope my children and grandchildren will always remember and carry on these strong traditions.
