Boil spaghetti in large pot of salted water. Drain. Melt butter and sauté ham, onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms until tender. Add drained spaghetti. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix egg with half-and-half and add. Toss in Parmesan cheese and stir until heated through. Remove from heat and serve.
