Warp Styrofoam ring with ribbon, securing ends with pins. Break wooden picks in half. Using a thimble, insert broken end of pick into ring and place cranberry on pointed end (use firm berries). Place picks and berries close together to cover top and sides of ring. In a well-ventilated area, spray wreath with acrylic spray several times let dry between sprayings. If making ahead, store wreath in a cool, dry place.
Place wreath on table and place candle in center. Arrange greenery around wreath and base of candle. Cranberries will stay fresh for 4 to 5 days.
