Sauté onion in butter or margarine. Pour milk over bread crumbs. Combine meats, onion, milk and bread crumb mixture, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well, but do not overmix. Form into 1-inch balls broil or pan-fry until done, turning often. Remove to hot serving dish and put in warm oven while making sauce.
Sauce:
*Heat drippings in saucepan add flour. Cook and stir for 3 minutes. Add bouillon and water cook and stir until thick and smooth. Reduce heat blend in sour cream, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Heat thoroughly. Cover meatballs with sauce and garnish with parsley.
