Mexican Cheese Log

Ingredients

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese at room temperature
1/2 pound sharp cheddar cheese shredded
3/4 cup pecans ground
1 teaspoon garlic salt
chili powder

Directions:

Blend cheeses in bowl. Add pecans and garlic salt mix until well combined. Roll into 2 small logs. Roll in chili powder, completely covering. Serve at room temperature with tortilla chips. Logs can be frozen and defrosted before use.
