Carrots With Coriander


Serves: 4

Ingredients

1 pound carrot, sliced
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 lemon juiced
1/4 cup water
chopped fresh cilantro or parsley (as garnish)

Directions:

1. Sauté carrots in oil in nonstick pan until golden.

2. Add coriander, lemon juice, and water. Bring to a boil and simmer until carrots are tender-crisp. Watch this carefully carrots burn easily if the heat is too high.

3. Garnish
