Won Ton Soup

Ingredients

2 1/2 to 3 quarts chicken broth
2 tablespoons oyster sauce or soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 package fresh Soba noodles
1 recipe Turkey and Shrimp Won Tons
1/2 cup green onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped
white pepper to taste

Directions:

In a 12-inch deep Dutch oven, heat broth to boiling, add oyster sauce, sesame oil, and wontons. Reduce heat to medium and cover. Cook won tons about 5 to 10 minutes until cooked through, stirring consistently. Add Soba noodles and simmer 3 minutes more. Add green onions, cilantro and white pepper to taste. Serve hot in bowls.
