Cook noodles according to package directions. Rinse in cold water, and drain. Combine the filling ingredients with a fork. Spread 1/3 cup filling, or about 1/6 of the mixture, on each noodle and roll tightly. Spread 1/3 of the tomato sauce on the bottom of a 10 inch Dutch oven. Place the rollups seam-side down on the sauce in the Dutch oven. Pour remaining sauce over the rollups. Bake covered for about 30 minutes using 4 briquets under the Dutch oven and 10-12 briquets on the lid. Garnish with additional grated Parmesan cheese.
