Ham 'n Cheese Rice Salad

Ingredients

Mustard Dressing:
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard

Salad:
2 cups diced ham
1 cup diced provolone cheese
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 cups cooked white rice, chilled
4 cups torn romaine lettuce

Directions:

Mix all ingredients except lettuce. Pour Mustard dressing over and toss to coat. Divide lettuce onto 6 plates; spoon rice mixture on lettuce.
