Supper-In-A-Dish

Ingredients

1 pound sausage or ground beef, browned and drained
3 potatoes, sliced
4 carrots, sliced
1 (16-ounce) bag frozen peas
1 onion, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup milk
2/3 cup grated cheese

Directions:

Layer hamburger (or sausage), potatoes, carrots, peas, onion, celery, green pepper and salt and pepper in crockpot according to your taste. Mix soup and milk and pour over the top. Cook on HIGH for 4 hours. Sprinkle grated cheese on top before serving.
