Place eggs in a saucepan. Completely cover the eggs with cool water. Heat on high heat until boiling. Decrease heat to medium and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat. Immediately drain the hot water and run the eggs under very cold water. Repeat this process until the eggs are no longer hot. (Cooling the eggs quickly like this helps the shells come off easier.)
Store any uneaten eggs in the refrigerator.
