Garden Salad

Ingredients

1/2 head iceberg lettuce, halved, cored, and cut into 1/2 inch slices
1/2 head red leaf lettuce cut into 1/2 inch slices
2 medium tomatoes, cut into 8ths
1/2 red onion, halved and sliced
2 stalks celery, 1/2 inch dice
1 carrot, peeled and cut into 1/8 inch coins
1/2 sweet green pepper, seeded and cut into 1/4 inch squares
1/2 sweet red bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1/4 inch squares
8 mushrooms caps, quartered
4 radishes, thinly sliced
3 stalks scallion, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
2 tablespoons garbanzo beans

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. Serve with a vinaigrette salad dressing on the side.
