Cream Cheese Sugar Cookies

Serves: 48

Ingredients

1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
3 ounces cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon mexican vanilla extract
1 egg yolk
2 cups flour

Directions:

Mix together all ingredients and chill for 2 hours. Roll out on floured surface and cut in desired shapes. Bake at 375°F on ungreased cookie sheet for 7 to 10 minutes. DELICIOUS!
