Peel and cut up tomatoes. Peel and cut up onions. Wash and cut up carrots. Chop mango. Put in large kettle. Add sugar, salt, pepper, and oregano. Cook until vegetables are tender and thick (about 1 hour). Stir often. Blend slightly in blender. Blending too long will cause air bubbles. Put into containers and freeze.
