In a 9x13-inch pan, layer rice, broccoli, chicken, cheese, and mushrooms. In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, soup, mustard, and curry powder. Pour over chicken mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Sauté crackers with butter and sprinkle over cheese. Bake at 350° for 30–45 minutes, or until bubbly.
