In a medium bowl, combine turkey, apple, salt, and garlic powder. Shape into 16 meatballs. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs, cook, and turn until brown (about 8 minutes). In small bowl, stir together jelly and mustard. Spoon over meatballs; simmer an additional 8–10 minutes, or until glazed. Turn meatballs several times. Sauce will thicken as it cools.
