Cut rolls in half and arrange in a sprayed 9x13-inch pan, 4 rows of 7. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise until there is almost no space between rolls. Combine remaining ingredients together. Remove wrap from rolls and spread pecan topping over and around the rolls. Cover again with plastic wrap and let finish rising until double original size. Bake at 350°F 15-20 minutes. Combine glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm rolls.
