Apricot Almond Orange Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup frozen rehydtarted dried or fresh apricot peeling optional
1/2 cup almonds soaked for 2 days in 1 cup apple juice (add the apple juice as well)
1 cup frozen orange juice concentrate

Directions:

Blend all the ingredients well and enjoy!

VARIATIONS
Coconut milk makes a tasty addition.
Try tossing in a pinch of nutmeg.
