Lemon Peppermint Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup lemon sorbet
1 cup strong peppermint or spearmint tea
1 cup frozen apple juice concentrate

Directions:

Place all the ingredients in the blender, and blend until smooth.

VARIATIONS
Substitute lime, orange, or peach sorbet for lemon.
Substitute another tea (chamomile, hibiscus, etc.) for all or part of the mint.
Substitute dairy or dairy-free milk, yogurt, or frozen dessert for the frozen apple juice concentrate.
