Black and Blue (Berry) Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup frozen blackberries
1 cup frozen blueberry
1 cup apple juice
2 frozen bananas
1 tablespoon wheat germ

Directions:

Blend all the ingredients until smooth and thick. Enjoy!

VARIATIONS
Substitute frozen raspberries or peaches.
Add or substitute almond milk for an interesting flavor.
