Ingredients

1/2 cup lowfat milk
3 tablespoons amaretto, or other almond liqueur
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups peeled and diced peaches (2 large peaches)
2 cups peach lowfat frozen yogurt

Directions:

Place the milk, almond liqueur, honey, vanilla, and peach in a blender, and mix on low speed until the peaches are pureed. Add the yogurt and continue to mix, gradually increasing the speed, until the mixture is smooth. Spoon into Chocolate Bags or champagne flutes and garnish by inserting two reception sticks* upright in each smoothie, if desired.

*Reception sticks are chocolate-dipped crisp candy sticks that come in a variety of flavors, such as mint, orange, cinnamon, and lemon. They are available in most fine candy shops.
