Bee Pollen Power Plant

Ingredients

1/2 cup lowfat milk
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup diced fresh pineapple (1/2 pineapple)
1 cup sliced banana (1 large banana)
1 cup banana lowfat frozen yogurt
1 to 3 tablespoon natural or vanilla protein powder, or according to specific brand label recommendation
1/2 tablespoon brewers yeast, or according to specific brand label recommendations
1/2 teaspoon bee pollen, or according to specific brand label recommendations

Directions:

Place the milk, honey, pineapple, banana, yogurt, protein powder, brewers yeast, and bee pollen in a blender, and mix on low speed until the mixture is blended. Continue mixing, gradually increasing the speed, until the mixture is smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish each with a Pineapple, Banana, and Cherry Charmer (see Garnishes with a Flourish), if desired.
