Turkey and Cornbread Salad

Ingredients

1 cup cornbread stuffing mix, divided
2 cups cooked turkeys cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1/2 cup canend whole kernal corn drained
1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped pimiento
1/2 cup bottled or homemade ranch or blue cheese dressing

Directions:

1. Combine 3/4 cup of the stuffing mix and all of the remaining ingredients in a large bowl, tossing to mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.

2. Before serving, top the salad with the remaining 1/4 cup of stuffing mix.
