Ingredients

7-8 cups sliced or diced apples (about 6-7 medium apples)
1/2 cup agave
1 teaspoon cinnamon
4 tablespoons soft butter
TOP
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup oat flour
1/2 cup agave
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
6 tablespoons melted butter

Directions:

Mix together apples, agave, cinnamon, and butter and spread on the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Top: Put all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Melt 6 TBSP of butter and pour into the dry mixture. Mix the topping until well blended. Mixture should be moist enough to stick together but not so moist that it sticks to your hands. If it is lacking some moisture, melt 1 more TBSP of butter. If it is too sticky add in more oat flour one TBSP at a time until desired consistency is met. Bake @ 350 for 25-30 minutes or until apples underneath are bubbling and the top is turning golden. Remove from oven and cool. Store any leftovers in the fridge.
