Begin with all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Gradually mix in all the wet ingredients until the dough is a thick mixture that sticks together when you pick it up. Press 2/3 of the dough on the bottom of a greased 8X8 baking dish. Spread 1 Cup (or more) of homemade sugar free jam on top and then sprinkle the rest of the dough on the jam. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes. The squares are ready when the dough begins to turn golden on top.
