In a large bowl combine butter, honey, vanilla, and water. Mix until well blended then add the dry. Mix all ingredients until well blended. Dough will be thick. Roll thin like pie crust on a lightly floured surface. Cut into squares and place on a nonstick cookie sheet. Prick evenly with a fork to give these a “graham cracker look”. Bake at 375° for 8-10 minutes. If you like a crunchy graham cracker, bake 10 minutes. If you like a softer cracker, bake for 8 minutes. This is a delicious and simple recipe. So much more healthy than store bought. Kids and adults love them! You can use these to make a graham cracker crust for pies. (check out my no bake pumpkin pie recipe.)
