Combine the first three ingredients, then add water. Mix in mixer for a couple of minutes and let it rest and rise for about 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, adding the flour one cup at a time until the dough is soft and pulls away from the sides of your mixer. This is a sticky dough and can be done by hand but it is not so fun to work with. I prefer letting my mixer do the work. If you do choose to do this by hand you will probably need to add a bit more flour (maybe a cup) so it is not quite so sticky. Divide the dough into four equal size loaves and place in lightly greased pans. Let rise in an oven that has been warmed up to 200°. Once the loaves are in there rising shut the oven off. Let them rise for 30 minutes then, without taking them out, turn the oven on to 350° and let them cook for 30 minutes. This has got to be the easiest bread recipe I have ever made and it always turns out! My family loves this recipe.
