Place the candies in a plastic bag. Place the bag in another plastic bag. Force the air out of the plastic bags and close tightly with a wire twist tie. With a rolling pin, pound and roll over the bags until candy pieces are no larger than tiny pebbles.
In a small bowl, mix 1/3 cup of the crushed candy, tea powder andsugar with a spoon. Store mixture in a jar with a tight lid.
To use, stir mixture before measuring. For each serving, place 2 teaspoons of the mixture in a mug or tea cup. Carefully pour in 2/3 cup boiling water. Stir until candy is dissolves.
Note: The tea drink can be made and chilled in the refrigerator. Serve over crushed ice for a refreshing cool drink.
