Peachy Morning Smoothie*

Ingredients

1/2 to 3/4 cup rice, nut, oat, or soy milk
1/2 cup plain soy yogurt
1/2 cup frozen peaches
1/2 cup frozen red cherries
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
2. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.
* This recipe is an adaptation of the one presented by Cherie Calbom in her book The Ultimate Smoothie Book.

For a Change . . .
* For added sweetness, add a few drops of stevia.
* For an even frostier version, add 3 to 6 ice cubes.
* For increased health benefits, add probiotic powder.
